From Attorneys

Ms. Wright is a Senior Care Manager with whom I have worked on three matters in the past, one of which involved an allegedly abusive family member. I cannot think of a better choice to be my client’s care manager. Ms. Wright has the patience, the compassion, and the skill to carefully address all of my client's needs, including working to fulfill her desires to see her son in a healthy and constructive way. Thanks to Ms. Wright and her team, the damage caused by the neglect has been resolved. I think Midwest has done a remarkable job in caring for my client.

From Family

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding care that our Care Manager has been providing to my father. His dedication, compassion, and professionalism have made a significant difference in my father's quality of life. His commitment to excellence in his duties is truly commendable. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my father's needs are met. His patience, kindness, and ability to build a rapport with my father are invaluable. I believe that his exceptional care is a testament to his selfless service to others.

From Care Professionals

Based on my long-term experience with Midwest Care Management Services, I have consistently seen a team that genuinely cares about the clients they support. The care managers are compassionate and skilled. This is supported by leadership that maintains an ethical, client-centered standard. I would recommend Midwest to anyone seeking an agency that provides high quality services.

From Senior Services

Ben is one of the most caring and dedicated individuals I've encountered. His integrity is unmatched, and it truly shows in the way he treats seniors. In a world where trust can sometimes feel hard to find, it's refreshing to see someone so committed to the wellbeing of others. The company he leads reflects his values, always prioritizing respect and protection for seniors. If you're looking for support in this area, I highly recommend reaching out to Ben and his team – they genuinely care!

From Our Team

Our work is meaningful because of the people who do it. Every member of our team brings compassion, expertise, and a deep commitment to supporting individuals through some of life’s most difficult transitions. These stories from our staff offer a window into why they choose this work—moments of connection, problem-solving, advocacy, and dignity that remind us why our mission matters. Their perspectives reflect the heart of Midwest Care Management: a team driven by purpose, grounded in ethics, and honored to make a difference every day.

"As a Care Manager, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients, aged 21 to 95, in navigating challenges like dementia, developmental disabilities, and mental health impairments. For many of my clients who lack decisional capacity to make medical or financial decisions for themselves, I step in as their court-appointed Guardian, advocating for their best interests, creating and executing complex care plans, and ensuring they enjoy the highest quality of life possible. My work ranges from appearing in court, drafting court reports, conducting assessments, attending client medical appointments, managing medically complex clients, and crisis intervention. I also interface between health care providers, physicians, attorneys, trust officers, and family members, including placing and supervising agency caregivers."

"As a Care Manager, I really enjoy making connections with my clients, especially guys like Pete. He is a gentle guy who likes cars, golf, and chocolate chip cookies. Pete was a lifelong Navy man and an active member in his church. His pastor visited him every week at Belmont Village and later at Generations. He is very well regarded by his church community as someone who would always step up and help out. I visited him weekly for years, and at each visit, he and I had a little schtick where I would say “How are you feeling, Pete?” And he would reply “With my hands.” And we would both smile and start catching up on the week. I’m really honored that we got to help Pete in his later years and that I got to know such a good guy."

"As a Care Manager, I have developed a skill set which includes a deep understanding of the challenges facing older adults and individuals with disabilities, including the difficult topics of aging in place and end-of-life decision making. I enjoy the meaningful relationships I build with my clients and sharing laughter, tears, and moments of understanding with my clients is a part of my role that I cherish."
